This morning off Odesa region, Russian forces attacked a civilian vessel at sea, Navy spokesman Pletenchuk told Suspilne. The ship was en route to the Greater Odesa port for loading. It’s the third vessel hit in two days; no significant damage was reported

The vessel was drifting about 210 km southeast of Tuapse, Russia, with AIS off, likely awaiting a ship-to-ship transfer.
